HB2514 HFA COWLES 3-21 #2

     Delegate Cowles moves to amend the committee substitute in section five on page three at line twenty-one by inserting the following new subsection:
"(e) For tax years beginning after December 31, 2015, no further credits shall be allotted under the provisions of this section."
